Hi Team, we created and scored a Deal Memo, but the answers got deleted all of a sudden (we lost of all the DD information). Could you please help us with this? Do you have some kind of back up you could help us with or explanation of why it could have happened? So we don´t run into the same issue again. thx
Hi Andres, I can take a look into this. We may want to auto save progress on this and email templates. However, please note that we're still working on this and the recovery process takes multiple hours to spin up one of our archived backups.
