Hi, I received an email saying my account is inactive after changing my email from theakm.sr@gmail to ahmad@chispa.vc. They said they would deactivate it, but I'm still using the same account and am now a Venture Partner at Chispa VC. I'm just confused about the email.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I understand the confusion about the inactive account email after you changed your email address. This is likely a system notification that was triggered during the email change process, but since you're still actively using your account, you should be all set.

That said, we'll look into why this message was sent to make sure everything is working correctly on your account. In the meantime, if you're able to log in and access everything normally with your ahmad@chispa.vc email, you shouldn't have any issues.
