Thanks for reaching out! Here's how to import your database into Decile Hub:
Import Process:
1. Export your data as a CSV file
2. Click the Import/Export button in the top right corner of your desired pipeline (or in the People Directory)
3. Upload your CSV file
Tips for Large Imports:
- Ensure your CSV headers match the fields in Decile Hub
- If you're importing a very large file, you may encounter timeout errors. Break your import into smaller batches (try 500-1000 contacts at a time)
- Test with a small sample first to confirm everything imports correctly
- Existing contacts with the same email will be updated, not duplicated
Note: If you get a 504 Gateway Time-out error, reduce the number of contacts in your CSV and import in smaller chunks.
