Where are you trying to upload the pitch deck?

If you're adding it to your Data Room:
- Go to Data Room in the left panel
- Select the folder where you want to store it
- Click to upload the PDF file

If you're trying to attach a pitch deck to a deal in your pipeline, you can upload it under the deal's Files section.
