The "email is already in the database" error typically means Adam Aspes's email address is still associated with another profile in your system (likely the old entity "fintop" contact, even if you think you removed it). This creates duplicate profile issues.

I see there is a Capital Account for Adam (besides the Fintop CA) that has no contacts. Once you do that, the "Send email" button will appear for him on your closing pipeline: https://insurtechfund.decilehub.com/pipelines/0nd9JE8A, and you'll be able to send out an LPA to him.

I've just removed the Adam Aspe and Fintop capital accounts. If you copy Adam Aspes from investor pipeline to the closing pipeline, you should be all set to run this through the normal process.
