I am trying to send an LPA for signature through Hub. I added the contact to a pipeline, and clicked "send email" then I selected the email to be sent and it just spins. Screenshot attached.

I've found the issue.

In short, the email you're trying to send won't work from this pipeline. You'll need to copy this prospect to your closing pipeline (alternatively you can add them as a capital account in the capital accounts page, that will also add them to the closing pipeline), and then send the "1a. Onboarding and Cornerstone Sig Email" from there.

I am not sure how this email template was created, but it won't be able to be sent from a fundraising pipeline. The "prospect.lp_onboard_url" variable won't work in a fundraising pipeline. I'd recommend deleting that email template to avoid running into this in the future.

  unfortunately this is not working either. When I try to add them to a closing pipeline I receive a 404 error. When I try to add them to a capital accounts page I am told the contact is not eligible to be added to that page. 
The dropdown menu doesn't allow for adding them as a capital account.

 Sorry about this error. I've resolved the issue, there was a misconfiguration on our side. I've successfully copied Craig to the closing pipeline.
