I need to update some things in Decile Hub but can't get access to the Decile Hub Pro Settings

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. Based on what we know, Decile Pro is only available to firms that are formed with Decile Launch and powered by Decile Partners.
If your fund was set up through Decile Launch, it's possible your permissions may need to be adjusted. In that case, I'd recommend reaching out to support directly at Decile Hub Support so the team can check your account and get you sorted out!

Hi Blair, following up on the Assistant's message, what settings are you specifically looking for?
I need to update or link in my investor deck, thesis and one pager etc. I'm actively (and finally) talking to LPs and want to use decile to manage the fund raise
Hey Blair, you can actually set these under https://decilehub.com/firm_admin/entities. You'll just need to click the edit button for your fund.
You can also find some of these (thesis) just directly under Settings, on the left nav
