Decile Hub matches the Person who is the contact on the capital account to the decile pro User via email. They'll need to be logged in with a user that has an email matching that contact. For that reason we pre-fill the email address for them in their invite to Decile Pro, but people are still able to change it. (Likely the case here).

- (easiest) Ask them what email they've used to log into Pro. Then add a new person into Hub with that email address, and add that person as a contact on the capital account in your capital accounts page. Then, if they refresh, they should be all set.
- Find their capital account, and look at the email address on their contact. Ask them to log out, and create a new user using that email address.
