I would like my colleagues to be alerted by email or text when there has been activity in our Decile Hub account. For example, say I met a founder. Once I add her contact information, meeting notes, and other relevant information in Decile Hub, I would like the option of circulate some or all of that information to my colleagues. Can that task currently be accomplished in Decile Hub?

Decile Hub can totally do this! You can customize your pipelines to a huge degree. The way I would accomplish this would be:
- First, I'd setup the email that will go to the team. Go to "LP Emails", address the email to a teammate (and CC other teammates), and use a few variables to insert relevant data. Save it. (See screenshot 1)
- In your pipeline, add a new stage after "Added", let's call it "Qualified".
- Add a task into that stage to add notes and other info, and a subtask for the same
- Add a second task to send an email, select the new template written above, and click "Automate" to make the email send automatically after someone confirms they've added notes.
