It has come to my attention that a large amount of my LPs are not receiving the capital calls that are sent from Hub. I can't afford to have these capital calls be missed. I have connected my email in Hub (a few times), and this problem is still persisting. What can I do to ensure these LPs get the capital calls?

To ensure LPs receive capital calls via Hub, verify that your email connection is active and functioning correctly. Check for any expired connections or errors in the email setup. If the issue persists, consider sending a test email to confirm delivery and review spam/junk folders. Additionally, contact Decile support for further assistance to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the Hub platform.

Well at this point almost none of my LPs have fulfilled their capital calls, so I assume it's nearly everyone. However the two who have emailed me today asking if they have received a capital call are Cougias Family Trust and CRBCDI
