This is usually only possible when you use the same name for a prospect, but a different email address for each. I am guessing you already changed the situation by either removing one of them or merging both contacts into one (via the 'Merge Selected' feature) in the People Directory, as upon checking your account I only saw one LP with the name Olivier Tilloy. I deleted the extra LP.

However, please note that both of these LPs are connected to the same Person and that Person has two entries for "Limited Partners" under Pipelines.

This is definitely NOT two people with same name and different emails.

I think they got created through automatio when he viewed our deck.
