Here is how to delete a PACT:  • Go to Fundraising > PACTs > Manage PACTs > Signed PACTs  • Find the PACT you would like to delete and click on the trash button, which you can find on the far right. Here is how to delete a prospect from a pipeline:  • Go to a pipeline.  • Search for the name. • Now click on the name.  • Then click on 'Remove prospect' in red. This means that the user will be deleted from the pipeline, but still exists in your people directory. You can also delete a prospect through the people directory: • Search for the name. • Click on them. • Then click on 'delete person' in red.  When you delete a person from your directory, all of the pipeline data that is associated will get deleted with them. You should be sure you want to take this action to avoid losing any important data.
