Hey, I was wondering if there is a way to set reminders for follow-ups with contacts or LPs on Decile Hub? Preferable if it appears as a notification in the platform or through email. Thanks!

Hi Pablo,
Regarding your question about setting reminders for follow-ups with contacts or Limited Partners (LPs) in Decile Hub, here's what's currently possible and a workaround for the notification feature you mentioned:
Regarding your question about setting reminders for follow-ups with contacts or Limited Partners (LPs) in Decile Hub, here's what's currently possible and a workaround for the notification feature you mentioned:
While Decile Hub doesn't yet offer in-platform notifications as reminders, you can still create actions or tasks within a specific stage to serve as email reminders. This approach can help keep track of follow-ups efficiently. Here's how you can set it up:
- Navigate to Your Pipeline: Choose the pipeline where you want the follow-up action or task.
- Select a Stage: Click on the stage to add your new task.
- Locate 'Add New Task': Find this option in the stage settings.
- Detail Your Task: Click "Add New Task" and fill in the necessary details, like task description, and choose to automate the task, send an email, etc.
- Save the Task: Don't forget to click "Save" to implement the changes.
By setting up an email reminder as an action or new task, and enabling automatic execution ("Automate this task"), you'll receive email alerts automatically when a contact or LP reaches the designated stage. To streamline this process, I recommend creating a specific email template in Hub for reminders, titled something like "Reminder to myself to follow up on XYZ." This way, you ensure you're prompted for necessary follow-ups, albeit through email since in-platform notification reminders are not available yet.
I understand the convenience that in-platform notifications would offer, and it's something we can hope to see in future updates. Meanwhile, I hope this workaround will be helpful for your needs.
If you have any more questions or need assistance setting this up, feel free to reach out.
