Is there a way for us to edit the email templates for everyone? Note the double comma: 'hello, Allie,' - or is that something to punt over to you guys?
Email template 2.2 in the same pipeline (fundraising) has the same issue - sending her so you can adjust current ticket vs. me submitting a new one. BUT i can submit to VA product channel if you prefer.
