

Hey! Here are a few things to check that commonly cause this issue:
Make sure the "To" field is filled in when sending the test email. Even though it should work without it, try entering your email address directly in that field.
Add yourself to the pipeline first. To properly test an email with variables (like a deck link), you need a sample contact in the pipeline. Otherwise, Hub doesn't have data to populate the variables. Try adding yourself as a prospect in that funnel stage, then send the test email.
Check your email integration. Go to Integrations (top right, under your profile) and confirm your connected email account is active and set as the default sender.
